I'm staying on plan because I love wearing all the size 8 clothes in my closet, and if I don't stay on plan I won't be able to.

I will stay on plan today because I've had 26 days binge-free and on plan and I'm finally back at 163 and I really really really want to be in the 150's! Okay, so maybe that's three reasons!
I am staying on plan today because it will take me closer to goal. The blueberry pie with ice cream did not interest me in the least. I want to be able to move freer without all this excess weight on me.
I will stay OP this holiday weekend (even though I burned 1700 calories on my 9 mile run this morning) because I am less than a month away from my half marathon, and want everything I put in my body to be excellent fuel for my body!
Because it's early and cloudy and I would rather be in bed, but here I sit in my gym clothes about to head out for a 90 minute workout. No way will I go off plan today!
Because I'm seeing my parents for the first time in about 30 pounds and for some reason that makes me nervous. I'd rather keep this to myself, but that isn't really possible anymore.
