I'm back down to my pre-vacation weight! I'm now at 295.4 pounds this morning, exactly where I was before my Florida vacation meltdown.
This week I've been walking up a storm. I'm in training for a big walk at the end of July and I've averaged around 7 miles a day (this weekend I walked over 10 miles both on Saturday and Sunday).
Some things are in my control and other things are out of my control (like what other people do) and I need to just focus in on things I have control over.
So far this week has started off pretty good (its amazing what a positive weigh in can do for your mood) and I hope to be in new territory by next week.
Thanks everyone for all of your support and encouragement. I'm so glad I've found this place years ago and have made my way back here

I will do the Komen 60 mile walk for breast cancer again this year!!
