You can always make your own I have skimmed mine down a bit & it still tastes awesome! It's mainly the dressing that will do it for ya though.

you'd be getting the benefit of having a serving of vegetable as a salad, but no vegetables in burger and fries. depending on the dressing, it could be a good fat, while burger and fries are a bad fat. so even though the calories are the same, the salad might still be a little better.
I agree the calories are all in the dressing and croutons...if possible maybe ask for the dressing on the side and only use half.

Light caesar always works and it's low-cal if you use the right amount of portions (yield 2tbsp).

The Lighthouse lite blue cheese isn't all that bad. Of course, if you are like me and adore real blue cheese dressing then nothing is going to taste exactly right, but I've found that if I only stick to eating the lite then my taste buds do get used to it. Or at least that is what I tell myself.

The calories might be the same or higher, but theres gotta be a lotttt less fat in a chicken ceasear salad than in a burger and fries.. I always like to think about the fat content in my food too..

i make it with light dressing and some vinegar in in for xtra zing and take it easy on the bacon bits/croutons/parm cheese on top and it's not bad at all ! i usually cheat and throw in tomatoes too for fun

I get the dressing on the side and then just use a fraction of the amount they give me. That really lowers the calories.

I second all the ladies, dressing on the side, I hold the croutons because I don't like them and go to town on the rest. And nothing is deep fired (or it shouldn't be) so you should be much better off that way and the fries and such. I also get the half portion if that's an option, it's usually plenty.
