The general consensus seems to be that a serving of veggies or cut fruit is a 1/2 cup. A serving of whole fruit about the size of a tennis ball. Of course you can gage it however you want, the point is to eat more of the green stuff! I'm starting off with a bang! Right now I'm sitting here with a giant bowl of veggies mixed with cottage cheese.
