How much did we loose this week?
 

I thought it would be neat to see what we lose each week, month, year, as a group. If you post your average weekly weight loss, I will do the math and see what our weight loss average is a a group. Maybe we can even set a group goal each month?

I lose an average of 2 pounds a week. How about you???

My goal this month is 2 pounds per week (while my husband's away for a month). So, far 2 pounds down, six to go! Woo hoo.
