Im learning that resistance is futile...lol if I dont do the program I dont lose weight...plain and simple...so Im logging my food intake and doing the basics to stay on track...:carrot:

When I get away from logging / planning I gain weight. Simple as that, and I've decided that I just have to accept it. I don't need to starve myself (I'm lucky that way I guess), but I do need to keep track of what I eat, and keep it to a decent level.

Some people can lose weight with 'intuitive eating', but I can't. So be it. I can still lose weight, and that what counts. Sounds like you've decided you know what to do as well, so good luck!

I did lose weight mostly by intuitive eating last time - but here I am again.
It was fine for losing weight but I didn't have the mental strength to maintain on ie - I intuited far too many wrong things! I've decided that I too need the discipline of logging and counting.

Yep yep and yep. Work your plan and it will work for you.

I know, right??? So simple, yet so complicated, LOL! :D

Planning and logging were an integral part of my success!

And, an integral part of maintenance, too!

Yes. So true.

Simple yes - but as we all know - not always so easy.

But it does get easier. We've just got to give it time to get there. Luckily, this "new lifestyle" DOES become our new "normal". And "it" is what becomes familiar and routine and just "what we do". :smug:
