My first week totally on plan.
I'm feeling pretty good about that! Though I started calorie counting two weeks ago, i feel this was my first full week. I'm feeling pretty proud that things are working out. I just have to get my exercise back in the schedule here. There have been lot's of ups and downs since I started back in November but I'm finally seeing some results.
And just in case no one saw the picture I posted in another thread of my boys and the vest I was working on. I made my oldest son's as well and we borrowed one for the little guy.

Those vests are really neat! What was the occasion? Or did you make them just for fun? Your boys are precious, btw.
Congrats on your first week on plan!

That's FABULOUS!!!! You did it. You stuck with it. And to boot through a particularly hectic time. All right now, now you KNOW you can do it. That's it my friend. No turning back. You are well on your way. Take confidence that you DID indeed do it. And know that you can get through just about anything - plan - in - tact.
Oh and you got a bunch of cuties there. So adorable.

Very handsome young men -- makes me wonder why I stopped at two (oh yeah, my youngest is my "if you were first, you would be an only child" kid ).
You accomplished a lot making it through your first week -- you should be VERY proud of yourself! Keep up the good work.

Thay all keep me hopping! But yes, the middle one is a bigger handful right now since he's talking a lot (he has apraxia and the last year and a half he's gone from barely talking to non-stop talking) and at that age with a lot of questions. He's four and startst kindergarten in the fall.
