I'm feeling way, way better toay. I got a decent amount of sleep last night. Mickey's Grad is over. I finished his vest.I feel much more relaxed today.
Weight was 301.6lb this morning and i had a small portion of the turkey dinner last night and a piece of cake with a bit of ice cream. I'm feeling really good about my choices. Half my plate last night was spinach salad. All is good.
Off to clean the house today and work in the garden Thanks everyone. It was a rough couple of days but I'm so glad I have you to help me along.
