Default NSVs getting fewer - good sign

I find I'm having fewer and fewer NSVs that I log or even get excited by - but that's good because what used to be a major victory is now just second nature. Now That, I'm excited by!!!!!

You are doing really well! It's nice to hear it's second nature to you. The longer we do this, the more 'normal' it feels. I had a totally "off the wagon" day yesterday and I realized it was only because I indulged in a roll and some cake at a family party. What feels completely 'off the wagon' now is stuff I never even gave a second thought about 9 months ago. My previous 'off the wagon' would have been 10 times worse.

I'm glad it's all feeling more natural/normal for you. It means you're making changes you can actually LIVE with long term and that's so important for success.

I never quite thought of it that way. Hmmm. Interesting way to think about it. I guess there are minor NSV's and major ones.

This is interesting to me though as well. And a great point. I know exactly what you mean. I'll think I really went all crazy off plan and then look back and think, "You know that really wasn't so bad, not bad at all in fact". And of course it doesn't even come close to "back in the day". Oy. Scary thought - back in the day.
