My first goal was the proverbial WW 10%, which I met on April 2.
However, the first goal *I* set for myself was 52 lbs. in 52 weeks, based on my doctor's comment that he only wants his pound of flesh...a week!
(I love my doc. He's a hoot!) Since I started on Jan. 1, we're less than halfway to 52 weeks, but I only have 20 more lbs. to lose to meet that goal.
That goal is the only one that has a date attached. I find that I don't do well with time-sensitive goals in general. The rest of my goals (right now - they're subject to change!) are 199 (Onederland!), 180 (my driver's license weight), 160 (ten pounds to goal!), and my ultimate goal of 150.
