Well here it is folks....starting with honesty...last night I went out to dinner with my husband and had a cheat meal...but Im happy about the last week..healthy food intake and accountability...I bought a new scale and weighed myself this morning and Ive lost 2lbs in one week..not bad!!! I know that I will eat less today because that big meal last night really filled me up so usually Im not to hungry the next day..Im staying in the circle here and hanging in there (with myself) in spite of what Im doing with the food. Im finding that it helps to renew and revamp when I dont put pressure on myself or beat myself up for being fat. So here's to a new day and a fresh start!!!!
It a weekly cheat MEAL works for you and does not bring on binges (like it does for me) than I see nothing wrong with it. CONGRATS on losing 2 lbs this week!!!!
