Default Tooting my own horn

Last week 24 miles
This week and it isn't over baby 18 miles

This is just doing our little 3 miles walking trails and doesn't even include the incidental stuff. I am pretty proud that I am getting this much aerobic excercise. Soon it will be time to start surfing again
