Good for you! I've had a slip this week as well and need to do the same thing. It's the getting back on track that creates success long term because we'll alll fall off from time to time.
Gloria, Thank you so much for writting this. I was so tired last night, couldn't sleep and was starving. Got up and eat chips!! Put myself down about it, but you are so right. That guilt is a waist of time, and is good to start fresh every day!
