Default A new day is a fresh start

Yesterday I did well untill I had a mini binge, the good news is that I was able to stop and refocus. So here comes another day to be conquered..

I love fresh starts. I love the first day of the month, every month because of a brand new clean slate to meet my goals.

Good job on stopping and refocusing after the mini binge.

Good for you! I've had a slip this week as well and need to do the same thing. It's the getting back on track that creates success long term because we'll alll fall off from time to time.

1st goal- ONEDERLAND! Check!
2nd goal- Less than 194 (a number I've been stuck at before) CHECK!
3rd goal- Reach the 180's- haven't been there since 1999. CHECK!
4th goal- 180 which means hitting the 50 lbs. lost mark! Check!
5th goal- Switching to size goals now more than pounds goals. Goal is to make it to size 12, at whatever weight that happens. CHECK!
6th goal- Size 10! (can't even believe this is possible!)
7th goal- Size 8 and MAINTAIN!

Gloria, Thank you so much for writting this. I was so tired last night, couldn't sleep and was starving. Got up and eat chips!! Put myself down about it, but you are so right. That guilt is a waist of time, and is good to start fresh every day!
