Weekly weigh-in May 18 to 24

  • Last week a total drop from all of us of over 20 pounds!! 20+ pounds, that's great!!

    What will we do this week? Record your weight if you like, but also include how much you dropped (or gained, if the scale is being moody) so we can add them all up later.
  • I need to post weekly so I will join you all if that is quite all right.

    I am 220. Blah!

    My weight loss has slowed to .5-1 pound a week. I'm exercising and eat about 1300-1400 cals a day. Sigh, This is gonna be a long journey.

  • I am at 188.8 this morning. That is a loss of 3.8 pounds.
  • I weighed in this morning. 241 that is a 5 lb loss for me this week.

    I did a lot better this week, posting my food daily helps me.

  • I've been getting lazy about posting my weight.
    This week I am down 3 pounds. Thank goodness! Another week of the scale not moving or moving in the wrong direction and I think I'd lose it!

    I'm at 270.6 & I've lost a total 2.2 this week (I do sneak a weigh in daily - but Monday morning's are going to be the recording day for me!)
