Good morning everyone! Boy what a bad day yesterday. Me and my husband both ate off plan and that is not common for us. I think we stress ate, although he doesn't really have to lose any weight he does eat my way for the meals we have together as support.
Here is to a new day with being back on 100%. I had my eggs for breakfast, packed my salad for lunch, and will have my pork chops and veggies for dinner. My goal is to drink 128 oz. of water today and flush that nasty stuff out that I ate last night. I also think I walk a 5k when I get home; or at least do a 45 minute cardio workout on TV. Feels good to be mentally back!
Very important lesson, that ---- one bad meal or bad day (or month LOL) doesn't mean the end of your better health. You recognized the problem and took immediate steps to correct your course. Hugs to your husband for his support and EXCELLENT ATTITUDE, MISUNDERSTOOD!
