This morning 189.6!
Only just, I know why it's not more ~ the dreaded fluid retention. My own fault but just last week, when it was so fraught with dog6 that I went for easy food for me, a lot of shop bought bread, which always affects my ankles.
Still, wootlet! It's a relief to have 10 clear pounds between me and the 200s, it makes me feel like I will succeed after all!

Now a big push for the next month to Spain!

Congratulations! I'm so excited for you. I've been pushing hard to get to that point too. I want more space between me and the dread '2'. I'm right behind you and hope to be whooping up just like you soon. Congrats!

I know just what you mean about putting clear distance from 200. I felt like it showed a bigger difference too. Some 'decades' just do, perhaps?
