Alright Ladies the 4th of July is 8 weeks away! I for one will be in Sunny California home of the pretty people for the 4th. I would love to watch those fireworks blast off being 20lbs lighter! Or 2 dress sizes smaller! Whichever comes first.
Now 2lbs a week for 8 weeks is 16lbs. So I'm making my self kick into high gear for those extra 4 lbs.
There are also 56 Days in those 8 weeks, So I'm making a workout goal of 50 hours of activity. That gives me 6 days of rest before the 4th. Now this is ANY activity, swimming, walking, work outs at the gym, sexy time (Wink Wink). So feel free to jump on that workout goal if you don't feel the weight loss goal is realistic for you.
