I hope you all don't mind me jumping in a little late. There's a few weeks left so I'm sure I can accomplish a little something. I'm aiming for a 14 lb loss (245lbs).

07/04: 246 (TOM) It's just crazy, for the past 3 days I have been well under goal. Today TOM decides to make an early appearance and my weight jumps up. I am so frustrated at the moment. It just makes me want to cry. Total Lost: 13 lbs

I'm so excited, I now have 3lbs to go for the challenge. When I started, I had a pair of jeans I could not get over my hips, then I had to lay down to zip them, then I could stand up to zip them but still couldnt sit down in them! haha! Now size 16 zip up and most importantly, I can sit down!! Sitting down is really important
I'm joining in...I have less than a month so I would love to go for 15 pounds..mind you I haven't really stuck to a diet lately so I will probably lose a lot of water weight right now.
I want to make a go at it too! I'm starting today at 195 lbs. and I want to lose 11 pounds which averages to about 1.5 lbs. a week. It would put me down to 184.
I also would like to add a fitness goal of working out for a total of 31 days (which averages to roughly 4-5 days a week).
ARGH! I've only lost about 3 lbs. in the past 4 weeks. I'm eating the same but I started exercising a lot and last time I started fairly heavy regular exercise I stopped losing weight as well so I think that's what it is. Unfortunately my measuring tape says I haven't lost any inches either but I know I'm getting it better shape, I can lift heavier weights and last longer on the machines at the gym so I'm feeling good about that. The good news is my exercise goal is very close to target (only the tiniest bit behind), I've logged 15 days so far which leaves 16 days left between now and July 4th!
