I hope you all don't mind me jumping in a little late. There's a few weeks left so I'm sure I can accomplish a little something. I'm aiming for a 14 lb loss (245lbs).

06/01: Beginning Weight: 259
06/07: 254
06/14: 253 (TOM)

07/04: 246 (TOM) It's just crazy, for the past 3 days I have been well under goal. Today TOM decides to make an early appearance and my weight jumps up. I am so frustrated at the moment. It just makes me want to cry.

Hi there!

I've done the same format for weights, and have added an exercise tracker to my signature...

Today 5/10/09 : 180.5 lbs

5/17/09 : 177.5 lbs

5/24/09 : 179.0 lbs EEEEk! Back from 1 wk in PerogyVille (mom/dad's place)

5/31/09 : 178.5 lbs SNAIL pace! Oh well, at least the exercise is on point...

7/4/09 *4th of July* Goal: 160s (wish me luck...)

Okay, I know I said I'd weigh on Sundays... but I've gone back to Mondays. This is the last time I change, I swear.

This is the last week of school so things have been INSANE and next week I start Summer School Teaching and that is again INSANE!

I'm so excited, I now have 3lbs to go for the challenge. When I started, I had a pair of jeans I could not get over my hips, then I had to lay down to zip them, then I could stand up to zip them but still couldnt sit down in them! haha! Now size 16 zip up and most importantly, I can sit down!! Sitting down is really important

ARGH! I've only lost about 3 lbs. in the past 4 weeks. I'm eating the same but I started exercising a lot and last time I started fairly heavy regular exercise I stopped losing weight as well so I think that's what it is. Unfortunately my measuring tape says I haven't lost any inches either but I know I'm getting it better shape, I can lift heavier weights and last longer on the machines at the gym so I'm feeling good about that. The good news is my exercise goal is very close to target (only the tiniest bit behind), I've logged 15 days so far which leaves 16 days left between now and July 4th!

Hope everyone else is chipping away at their 7/4/09 goals!
