Jennifer Lopez - hands fown - or Jessica Biel with a bit of Madonna. I choose these two because I know I have that body type hiding in there somewhere but ultimately I would love to be really petite like Kate Hudson
I was wanting to wave it and fix me ~ make me stop craving things, make me do all the right things ~ exercise and make the right choices so I could lose the weight and then keep doing it so I could keep the weight off.
Here's the absolute beauty of this thought - we don't NEED a magic want to achieve these things. We ARE more than capable of "fixing" ourselves! Surely we can't change our height, our age, our body shape, our eye color, etc., but we DO have the power to to lose the weight and keep it off. We do have the power to exercise and make the right choices. We can GREATLY diminish & even eliminate our cravings and we can 100% NOT give into them even if we've got them. These are all things that are under our control. No magic required!!!
If I take your question literally, I wouldn't exchange my body for anyone else's. No, really. It's not that I love my body, but it's mine, and I am used to it. I wouldn't want anyone else's moles, freckles, or birthmarks. Sure I love long slender fingers, mine are short and chubby, but how weird would it be to look down and see someone else's hands? Yeah, I'd like to be taller, but I'm used to seeing the world from this height.
I think I'd use that magic wand to remove some loose skin, and some wrinkles, once I get to goal. I'd use it to make me stick to my food plan like glue so I do get to goal. But I think I'll keep the bod I've got.
