Weighday and down to 190!
That's my 5% challenge made exactly and now only 11lbs in 6 weeks (only, ha!) to try and meet my Vacation Target.
It must be water. I've eaten well up to my 1450 - 1500 daily target and my walking has only been sporadic. I've added dairy back in and it doesn't seem to have increased my fluid retention too much - but I'm drinking 100+floz plus black teas and coffees, so that must be helping it move along.
