well. that's inspiring.
after my swim today i jumped on the scale for my weekly weigh in.
i've been tracking ww points for two weeks after journalling for about a month.
this week i ate all my points including my flex points and the activity points i'm not yet supposed to be using (naanaah - see what you can do when you do it all by yourself?!?) i slept a lot. i drank all the water i was supposed to. i was a model ww citizen.
my weight was down 6 pounds!
the negative self-talk kicked in right away. "the scale is off. you will be back up next week. it's water weight. it won't always come off like this, if it even has really come off."
and over all of that a huge YIPEEEEEEEEE!
now that'll keep me on track for another week!
