I stayed on-plan so far today and will continue to stay on-plan because I *know* that the small gain I saw today was not real... I *know* I didn't eat an excessive amount of calories or otherwise do anything that would cause me to gain... I *know* I have been doing everything right... So I am not - NOT - going to drown my disappointment in a binge!
Plateaus stink.
