I haven't been faithful with my exercise.I'm distracted easily.So back to the treadmill today.I did over a mile last routine.I need to start my strength training with this.I bought some ankle weights and some hand weights.So I'm going to start with those after I get a full 5 days straight in.I told myself to begin I will dedicate to exercise 3 days a week.I have serious discipline issues with exercise.I believe that I need to up that to at least 5 days a week and go from there.Any comments on that?Consistancy is the key here.So onward in my goals and downward on the scale.
