a small little victory for me!!!
first off I have stuck to WW for 5 days now!!! sad that this is a feat for me!!
I have been walking this week.
The biggest thing is, I went to the mall tonight with my daughters, we ate in the food court. I got a grilled chicken salad from Burger King.
I enjoyed it, didnt feel like I missed out, and the best thing I noted, I didnt have that usual burger king, I am going to explode feeling!!!
This is a huge step for me!

Kandie, this is really great news. You will begin liking those accomplishments more and more too which is the really neat thing. WTG on your food choices this week and getting into the walking routine. Excellent work--also, I think most of us will agree that GETTING GOING is one of the hardest parts. You are well on your way. I can't wait to read about your continued progress.

I agree, that is not a small thing! I've been doing this a year now, and it is still SUPER hard to go to burger king, or any other fast food place and eat a salad, or try to eat healthy! you did awesome!! keep up the good work

Good for you! Not a small feat at all. Remember, we have to go through the first 5 to get to the next 5, which takes us to the next 50!!! Step by step!
