I have one dog and he is fat and old....I could never get him to walk that mush but i bet I could put a leash on a 3 year old and that might work Great job with the new routine i bet it will speed up your weight loss too.
I put a leash....excuse me a harness on my 2 1/2 year old child. You could get quite a workout with them too!
If my weight loss gets any speedier my skin will NEVER have a hope of snapping back! I do have pretty buff legs though
It's funny, I do walk all of the time but walking like 4 times a day is making my hips hurt! I'm sure that once the muscles build up more it will be fine but I'm kinda achy.
My 2.5 year old knows NOW to walk holding the stroller but we had a few leash (erm harness) months there
lol I'm hoping this phase is over but I went through it with my middle child too Most people give me disgusted looks but the moments when a frazzled mom comes up to me asking me where I got mine is worth it....and my child isn't running all over the world tormenting myself as well as everyone else that crosses her path
