Dana - I know what you mean. I used to really have a hardtime getting in very much. Now I start early. What kind of a cup are you using? I know it sounds stupid, but different people have luck with different kinds of cups. For me, it got easy when I switched from a 20 oz. bottle to a 20 oz. cup. And now I use a straw which seems to help. Sometimes I get it all in by 5:00, sometimes I'm chugging 20 oz. at 10:00.
I use a 32oz water bottle. I try to drink 4 a day. That puts me at 128oz at least. I then see what else i can get in. It's easier for me to just have to count 4 then to keep track of a whole lot more. But that is me.
Well it's 12 noon, and I have downed 2 water bottles full. 64Oz. I'm on track.

Yesterday was not a good water day.. I only about 35 oz
Last night I had a longaberger party at my house and was more interested in the brandy slushes I made 3pts each.
I made this amazing hot brocolli dip - soooo good. In it was brocolli, red pepper, onion, cheddar cheese, FF mayo, FF sour cream - I used LF cheese it was really low on points. To dip it I used pita bread.. 1 piece cut into 16 pieces -2 pts! After I cut it I toasted it under the broiler. Yummy!!!
Today I have had 30oz so far.. my goal for today is 85 oz
Sandi - do you go pee like every 5 minutes with all that water? or does your body get used to it? I go as much now as I did when I was pregnant!!!
I run to the bathroom every 20 minutes-40 minutes during the day. Hey, the more you move, the better.
Water seems to be going down quite well. 128 oz yesterday. Seems like alot, but I use a 32 oz cup. Fill it at least 4 times during the day and then continue with water at home. No soda, no juice.

Wed: 128 oz. so far ( 8pm ) of water and 16 oz. sugar free ( splenda) cool-aid. I am going to have more, I'll keep you posted.
Today I felt like I was floating because I have eaten a lot of salty food. So I drank two big swiggs of lemon juice. ( I like it, but you can mix it with water ) I know more came out of me then went in, lol. I was on the bathroom most of the day, but I feel beter. I like to try to do that every day so I don't start floating, lol.
