I use Diet Power to track my calories, fat, nutrients, etc. It gives me a pie chart and percentage breakdown of my fat, protein, carbs on a daily basis. What is a good ratio? I think my fat is a little high right now...all healthy fats, but still a higher percentage of my calories comes from fat. I am not sure what a good ratio would be.
It's not that some people have willpower and some don't. It's that some people are ready to change and others are not.
I usually aim for no more than 30% fat, try for 30% protein and around 45% carbs. It seems to work for me.
