Well, I got in a measly arm workout yesterday... hubby's last day off for 8 days, soooo, I spent some time with him... worked out and meditated before bed...
went for a walk this afternoon, not terribly long, probably about a mile. It was hot today for a change. I'm going to have to start taking my walks in the am or I'll never get out when it gets really hot.
Yesterday was a great but moving day for me. I went t ot the gym and did my first step program in 4 years. And I made it the whole way through(a hole hour )!!!!! WAAAHHHOOO!!!! I also did the 20 min ab workout.
I didn't have time for weights but we did use weights in both workouts. I will do my wieghts today (if i can go to the gym).
Hope everyone else got in some good but moving as well.
I Did my morning ritual with Richard Simmons (even though I wanted to be lazy and lay on the couch and not move today) then I went for a short bike ride with my 5 year old.
After I got home from work I went on a longer one with my 2 older girls, got my protein intake today, the insects were out in full force *spit* ick...
I bought a self powered tred mill at the flea market, I spent 5 minutes on it last night before I wanted to pass out! LOL
It's more difficult then taking a walk outside so I plan on slowly increasing my time on it. I figure I'll do another 5 minutes tonight, then go for six minutes tomorrow night and so on.. I figure every little bit counts!
