Nope, just figure out how strenuous it was, and then slide the booster (Good lord this is getting interesting).. figure out the level of intensity and count accordingly. I always give myself at LEAST a low intensity credit for it.

BTW, we joke about this a lot.. call them "EXTRA CREDIT EXERCISE POINTS!"

But i did elliptical for 15 min 1+ miles and over 200 cals

then upper body weights!!!

Dishes for ever it seems too!!!

LOL, on fitday they have a listing for sex as activity... and dishes, and just abot everything else you could do in a day... but for stretching, they only have yoga...odd, no?

Anyway, no "REAL" exercise for me, did about 4 hours of shopping last night though...well, more browsing than shopping...lol
