Default Upset Stomach

I may be getting sick. I've had an upset stomach all day long. I've finally gotten some pepto bismal. I've only eaten a few times today to see if I was feeling better. It doesn't seem like I am getting better anytime, what should I eat and be sorta on plan? So far I've only eaten 7 points compared to by now, I would have eaten 15+ out of 31.

What would be the best options/food to eat?
Still trying again. Never completely quiting this journey.

Stay with clear liquids (water, diet sprite) and dry stuff like toast or saltines. That always helps settle my tummy when it's upset. (I really HATE blowing chunks!)

Diet 7up or Sprite always help me when my stomach is upset. A piece of toast if you can have bread, and some chicken broth later. Get well!!
