Default woop! Woop! woop!

I lasted a week without scale jumping and..... I lost 2.2lbs this week. Woohoo!

I feel confident enough now to give up the scales for Lent.....

Thankyou for all the support here.

Very cool, Ailidh --- for both the mental discipline to stay off the scales for a week and the great weight loss! This is obviously something that works for you and if you can keep it up for all of Lent --- TERRIFIC! You will be concentrating on better things than tenuous numbers --- things like how your clothes fit, how cool it is to run up the stairs w/o requiring medical intervention, etc. Great job!
