I have been up and down, stuck in a rut, lose 10 gain 12, for months now. I thought I would NEVER get my head on straight again. After losing 64 pounds, it was astonishing to me how I could get so off track and mess around regaining and losing for months.
I *think* I finally got a grip. I had regained 23 pounds and was at my wits end so I finally decided to just write down EVERYTHING I was eating on my blog, day in and day out, as well as the exercise I did. After 2 weeks of this, I finally got myself back into the habit of eating right and exercising. Having to publicly confess a binge is no fun, and it made me think twice about eating garbage. And it's funny how after a few days off sugar, I feel so much better and things get easier.
So in 2 weeks I am back down 9 pounds. I have 14 more to lose to get back to my low weight of 214, but I AM going to do it. I missed being healthy and in control. It was and still is a day-by-day battle but I am determined to get there.
