You see, we really are all different! To me, working my butt off at the gym in the beginning of my journey seemed EXTREME to
me and I would not do it. I don't think of what I do as extreme. So of course, we all have different ideas of what "extreme" is. And that's okay.

And you know what, I don't really think of this as "going off plan", as you asked in the title of your thread. I think it's actually PART of your plan and quite reasonable. And it's working for YOU, which is what counts most.
