WOW! You are all just FLYING through this challenge like it is nothing! WTG! Maybe green is our colour? Maybe its a luck thing? Or maybe we are just UNSTOPABLE!!!!
I am trying to weigh in only once a week. If the flippin' IRS would get its arse in gear, this Irish Lass could get her as...um, ARSE, a new scale and have a more accurate weigh in. My scale can't make up its mind WHAT I weigh. That's fine, because at the end of this challenge, I know it will be a whole lot less and that's what counts!
As a matter of fact, I sat down and revised my minigoals. Once I kick the colds arse, it is GAME ON!!!!!

Ugg... This a.m. I was up 2 pounds. Oh well, I know it is just a little bump and it WILL go away. I think it could be salt, because I've been having some salty snacks lately.
So this morning I maintained... but, hey, I didn't gain! I know it will all balance out in the end so I am not worried about it.
Last night I worked out with my little sister again... it's nice getting her involved and active. She is 8 and in no way unhealthy but I would still like to be a good example for getting regular exercise and eating well.
Sooooo im less than a lb of hitting my 50 weight loss goal. Im so excited. I was actually thinking of changing my WI days to Friday. Im always so busy on the weekends, I dont usually end up weighing myself till Mon or Tuesday..im going to talk to my bf and see what he wants to do.
Im also 3 lbs away from getting out of the 230's!!! 220's here I come!!!!

You are all kicking arse!
Gin, don't feel bad. My scale said I was up 2 pounds too. This isn't my weigh in date so I am hoping to get the scale to move in the right direction by then. Hang in there. I'll make those 2 pounds disappear if you do it with me.
Hey! Look everyone! Linda Lou just jumped onto our Mean Lean Green Clean Unseen Spleen weight loss Machine! One more team member to hunt down the dreaded O'Fatties wherever they lurk and annihilate them!
Welcome to the challenge, Linda! As you can see, we are a very shy and retiring group ----NOT! Feel free to do a little hootin' and hollerin' yourself --- calling out the pounds you have destroyed or cheering for a team member that has collected a few O'Fattie scalps --- or belting out a Broadway tune --- or posting your own version of a war cry --- it's all good here!
Good to see you feeling better. (Isn't there a lot of flu and stuff going around?) Can I join your "why-the-smell-can't-I-lose-these-2-pounds" club? I have been up and down with them all week. I think maybe its time to put down the shillelagh, nice tradition Irish weapon that it is, and reach for something a little more aggressive, like a bazooka!

Glad to add you to the crazy mix!
Thank you for the very warm welcome! I'm happy to be onboard and ready to destroy that fat!
