Im going to stop my diet because I would miss having to stop halfway up the steps to get my breath, which is not good since that is where the bathroom is and Im floating from all the water
I'm quitting because it's really too cold outside to be going out to a gym and sweating in un-lady like quantities. Me and my belly can be happy at home and my thunder thighs can keep us warm!
I'm quitting because I miss waking up in the middle of the night with acid reflex so bad I gag myself. Oh, and I really like how my knees feel when I climb steps... it's like a pleasure pain.
