I posted here on and off last year . . . will you all have me back?
My weightloss efforts last year were a mixed bag - I was "on-plan" about half of the year and lost a little over 50 lbs. I am of course happy about the loss, but I'm disappointed in myself that I didn't stay on plan more consistently.
I intend to do better this year, and I know that reading and posting here regularly will help.
