I'm so upset. I haven't lost anything. I went from eating whatever I wanted when ever I wanted to eating 1200 or less/day and exercising 4 days a week (30 min of walking or 45 min of tennis) and I didn't lose not one single lb! I really want to just give up and eat what I want again, but then again I don't. I really want to get back into a size 10. I'm just soo frustrated!
Still weighing in at 215!
