Lost 1.2 lbs this week and excited not to have "gained back" any of the weight I lost last week from the flu.

Congrats to the losers and maintainers!! And to those of you who had/still have the flu, I hope you're feeling better!

I'm down to 181 this week...a loss of 2.6lbs! My goal was to be at 180 by the time I go to a week-long conference on February 24th. I'm so close!

I am down 6.3 lbs this week. All of the weight I gained last month plus .3 lbs more! Must have been water weight heading into my TOM. Cause I feel less bloated.

I'm so upset. I haven't lost anything. I went from eating whatever I wanted when ever I wanted to eating 1200 or less/day and exercising 4 days a week (30 min of walking or 45 min of tennis) and I didn't lose not one single lb! I really want to just give up and eat what I want again, but then again I don't. I really want to get back into a size 10. I'm just soo frustrated!

Still weighing in at 215! (

This is going to sound crazy, but would you consider upping your calories a bit (like 1400-1600)? Sometimes if you go too low, your body protests and weight loss slows down. (Or so I've heard.) I have heard of people having more success with slightly higher calorie levels.
