I will stay on-plan today because I have not weighed myself since last Friday, and I will not weigh myself again until this Friday, and I REALLY want to see a loss this week... I just have to.

I want to be "hot" again
I want to control my diabetes without medication
I want to do things I dont do cause of being overweight
I want so many things after this weight comes off.
I want cute fashionable shoes and clothes, and a tan.
I can do it cause Im worth it

I, um, kind of deviated from my plan for a bit this morning, because I was extremely disappointed with my weigh-in this week. Yes, obviously stuffing my face with chocolates is NOT going to help my weight loss efforts one iota, and I know that, but d*mn it felt good. Anyways, I'm proud to say that I didn't just throw away the rest of the day because of that; I snapped out of it relatively quickly and managed to keep my eating fairly light for the rest of the day! Yay!

Anyways, I will stay totally on-plan TOMORROW because I don't want to have another disappointing weigh-in. I'm so sick of that!
