I will stay on plan today because I went skating for the first time in 14 years today and I NEVER want to spend most of my time on the sidelines because my ankles are on fire from carrying this weight around ever again.
I will stay on-plan today because I worked out last night for the first time in a while and it felt AWESOME. I didn't really want to do it cuz I didn't think it would be fun, but I knew that if I could make myself do it, I'd be sooo proud of myself--and I was! I felt so proud, and so strong and almost like a fit person. And afterwards I slept like a freaking ROCK!
I played volleyball today for the first time in twenty years! I sucked a little at it, but I had a blast (and one **** of a workout!). It feels so good to be able to play sports again, and just be more active in general, I will keep on plan b/c life is so much more fun now than it was about two years ago!
I'm staying on plan because I am so much happier living this way than I was before. All that food made me miserable, good healthy food and exercise makes my life so much better.
I will stay on-plan today because I am SICK of being constipated (sorry for TMI, hehe), and eating junk certainly isn't going to help with that problem...
I will stay on plan today because my hubby and I are getting away for a night on Friday. He LOVES Fuddruckers and I love The Cheesecake Factory and even better choices in that place can mean loads of fat and calories!!
I am staying on plan today because I want to be able to play with my grandkids, travel, and just get more out of life. My weight has been holding me back!
