Default Long week for RG

Had a long week school-wise and had three days where I didn't have the time or energy to count calories. I still made way better choices than I normally would have but I don't like going out of Calorie Counting mode.

I'm back on track now and working on getting my water in. Might squeeze a walk in later too.

Just wanted to say hi and let you all know I'm around just distracted at the moment!

Look how close you are already to your valentines day goal. You are doing great, you set realistic goals and you are making them happen.

I have learned alot since I started counting calories that I basically know what I can eat and what I cant when I cant stop and look it up. Its all truly about making smarter choices.

I wondered where you were! Good job coming here to check in and for staying focused on being healthy (even if you didn't track calories). Being aware of what you are doing is 1/2 the battle. It's the mindless hand to mouth feeding action that gets us in trouble!

Take some time for yourself this weekend!

These things are going to happen from time to time. It's very hard, downright impossible to be 10000% focused all the time on calorie counting, preparing, exercise and what not.

I believe the key to success therefore, is to make the very best choices available during these times. And of course, to not let "these times" last all that long. Getting right back into it as soon as possible. And it sure sounds as if that's exactly what you've done.

Happy Saturday, RodeoGirl!

I am sorry you had a tough week, but at least you can say it's over now. Yay for Saturday! Time to kick your spurs off, grab a big old bottle of water and settle in for a lively bout of gossip at the 3FC Cafe. You can't turn into the Lone Ranger on us. We miss your warbling voice around the campfire at night when you aren't here --- and your insights and humor. (Although I have to say the mask is an interesting look. Does it come in other colors, like fushia or teal? How about plaid? Leopard?)

Have a great weekend!

Numina, can I say that is the very sweet comment to leave for our RodeoGirl!? I can just hear her now...LOL. Nice group of friends we have here!!

RG, you are loved! Too bad your weekend can't be a looooong as your week! I've often thought it would be much more fair if we worked 3 or 4 days and then had 3 or 4 days off! (And of course got paid the same!)

Well for me the weekend is supposed to be the time to focus on homework. This is my last quarter of classes though so there is a light at the end of the tunnel but weekends aren't any better than the rest of the week at the moment, lol.

Thanks for all the kind words. I haven't gone anywhere just will be sporadic for awhile.
