Okay, so I was losing really well and then got a flu/cold/sore throat thing. I don't get sick very often so it hit me full on and as a result I ALLOWED myself to go off plan....first just to eat some healthy stuff (that was half way on plan) and then to eat some not healthy stuff (that was no way on plan and stupid)...well, many of you know the story, right?
Right...so today is my Fresh Start Day---no pile on the guilt but no excuses either...just start fresh and straight on until morning!!
I got up today, did my exercises, and I've got good on plan meals ready for today. Cravings will hit because I've given in, but not today, today I am going to make the effort 200%---it is my fresh start and I'm going to run with it....
So anyone else need this just feel free to join me!!
