Do you feel deprived? I mean is that why you feel a binge coming on? How many points are you allowed total flex and all? Do you know how many cals that equals out to?
Just curious. Cuz sometimes I calorie cycle and when I have a low (1200 cal) day I try and eat extra healthy low cal stuff instead of a few big meals, this way I"m full all day without feeling like a binge will come on cuz I feel so deprived. Maybe, write down on a post it and stick it to yer comp, what youa te the last two days and some motivation to eat a little better the next few days? You can do it, you don't have to binge, remember, moderation is mastery!
