I hate it.

Lol that is true. I am sorry you are sick though and I hope you feel better soon. Having the flu is never fun.

Thank you!
I've been taking care of people who are sick for the last 2 weeks, so I knew it was coming...
Actually its not as bad as some people had it! Which I'm thankful for!

Thankfully I haven't gotten sick yet this year but I am sure it will come sooner or later. It always seems like if someone in my family (husband and two daughters) gets sick then we all get sick.

Actually, the flu is lousy for a diet--IMO. Be sure you're drinking enough fluids, especially something like Gatorade.

Hope you are better soon!

I had pneumonia last year and was flat on my back for 2 weeks. I was single at the time so I had no one to bring me food or drink. I survived on Campbell's Chicken Noodle soup, OJ and prepackaged sugar free jellos. Luckily, I had all that stuff on hand before I fell ill. I had zero appetite but new I needed to stay hydrated in the very least.

I hope you are better soon!!
