Oh my goodness y'all--GREEK YOGURT!
This is the creamiest, best tasting yogurt EVER! It's definitely more of a meal than a snack though, since it is 240 calories and 14 grams of fat!
I know some of you eat this yummy stuff regularly, but how often? Is this something that can be had every day? I'm afraid I might get obsessed with it!!

I have some every couple of days.
I get the Fage 0%. It's 90 calories and 0 grams of fat per serving. But, then I add a TBSP of honey, or agave nectar or maple syrup to sweeten the deal.
It's great!

I eat the Greek Gods plain. It's 60 calories and absolutely wonderful. I usually put fresh fruit in mine and sometimes raw almonds. 240, whoa.

Yeah, that's what I thought too...My partner picked it up at the grocery yesterday because his mum suggested it. I will see if there is a lower fat or fat free version on the shelf next time I go in.
I had it this morning with some almonds, so it was a breakfast of about 320 calories. Not bad.

I use Fage Total O too. It's delicious and no fat. You'll never go back to regular yogurt again!!

If you really do enjoy the higher calorie variety after checking out the other, you can still have it. Try to just work it into your plan. 320 is about what my breakfasts consist of.
Hey, I wanted to ask you. How many calories do you calculate for each of your almonds? I am asking to check my own method. I must say though you are SO on the right track with the almonds. For me, it's been one of those "magic" foods that have really helped me feel satiated and content throughout this.

I adore greek yogurt and eat it daily! My favorites are Fage 2% and plain Chobani. Sometimes I get peach Chobani for a treat, but I usually prefer the plain. For breakfast I often have:
Small container of plain greek yogurt in a bowl topped with...
Berries or pom seeds
Wheat berries or spelt berries
A few crumbles of Honest Food brand Blueberry Granola Plank
A sprinkle of unsweetened shredded coconut
A sprinkle of thinly sliced raw almonds
A sprinkle of ground flax seed
SO good and so good for you. Have fun eating your greek yogurt!

Love the greek yogurt! I can't handle the 0% Fage, so I have the 2% in very limited quantities.

I don't eat dairy any more and sadly I don't think there is a way to make soy greek yogurt. When I did ate greek yogurt, I always made it myself instead of buying the brands in the store. Strainer+cheesecloth(or coffee filter) over a bowl in fridge overnight makes great greek yogurt.

I like Oikos fat-free, but I'll eat Fage too, depends on what the grocery store gets. Any flavor but honey, and I wish they had a few more flavors (Oikos comes in plain, honey, vanilla and blueberry). Also, plain Greek yogurt makes a great swap for sour cream

I love Fage yogurt. We can not get it here and I thought I had a replacement for it with the Korean brand but I realised the other day they put a sweetner in it that I just do not like. It is ok with fruit or something added but not alone.
I love Fage 2% in the summer and eat it almost everyday with farm fresh blueberries.
One of the little things I miss about the states........

I keep hearing about this greek yogurt stuff. Can you get it at a normal store? Is it just with the other yogurt? Not sure I've noticed it before.
