When I decided to really do this, the first thing I did was find a good forum, as I know how much it really helps when you're having weak moments or struggling in some way....

Whatever tools you need to succeed, you need to use--and reading these posts (and posting) is a very strong tool indeed!

Good job!! I wish I was near the computer when I slipped and had 4 chicken wings tonight...and a few fries...and half a chicken finger! Hey atleast they were still in my calorie allowance, just not the healthiest choices!
