Red face Thought id fit in here!!
Hi all...Ive been on 3fc off and on for many years. I start off by doing really well..losing weight and all that. When I mess up and I dont come here to post like I should, so I basically hide lol. It sucks and its a bad habit to get in to, thats why im here AGAIN...to break that horrible habit!! I have over 100 lbs to lose and im thinking this would be a good place to start out at.

Im going to do Weight Watchers again. Its a easy plan for me to stick with. My main problem is drinking water and exercising...I really need to fix that!! We got the Wii Fit for christmas and I cant wait till the kids go back to school so I can play with it! They never get off!!

Hey, Purple and welcome back. You know for any of us, this is about the journey. It takes twists and turns and sometimes a good wind comes along and blows us back a few steps. The important thing is to get back on the path and keep going--which I am sure you already know.

It's a great path to be on--lots of other happy travelers to chat with along the path here at 3FC.
