Ya know, I'm not doing so great! On Sunday when I weighed in I was at 264 and today I'm at 266 and honestly...(really) I didn't cheat! I don't get it!! The only difference was adding exercise (which shouldn't make me gain weight as I can't build muscle in a few days) and I started taking a fibre pill. I will hang in there until next weigh in and if I don't start loosing more than I'll have to re-evaluate what I'm doing and make some changes if necessary.

Does it happen to be near your time of the month? I know that I have major water retention around that time.

Are you drinking a lot of water to flush everything out? Also this might be TMI but if you haven't had a good BM in a few days that could show up on the scale.

I thought about my "time" but to be honest (and slightly ashamed) I don't mark when it's coming...it's just an (un)happy surprise so I am not sure, it doesn't FEEL like it's been a month already but time has a way of flying.

No, I don't drink as much water as I should...so that's a great point. I really TRY but often don't make the time to flush myself properly so that could be a huge factor.

AND totally laughing over here 'cause the BM thing crossed my mind since it's probably PART of my problem. But I can't admit that 'cause it would finally prove that yes indeed I AM full of s%*t!!!

Thanks for the suggestions...let's hope it works itself out in the end. Hee hee!!! Here's hopin' for a better Sunday!!

I'm doing so so. I'm eating OP but I've been sick so I havne't been working out as much as I need to I just get that yucky burning feeling in my chest when I exhert myself, even in the slightest.

I did, its just a viral upper respiratory thing that has to work its course. I'm feeling better, just not good enough to workout hardcore.

I ran down by the beach last night. I was supposed to meetup with some other people but due to horrible traffic, I was really late. I wound up running by myself for several blocks, thinking I would run into them but then I realized I was running up the wrong street and got freaked out. SO- I cut across to the right street and ran all the way back to the cars only to discover that they still weren't back yet. I waited for them so they would know I came! Well, I thought I had run so far but it turns out that I ran just over 2 miles total. I am in training right now and I really needed to do at least 3.

How is everyone doing?! I am not doing too great with food today but I did my exercise for the day plus cleaned the whole house and I have drank a ton of water so I am doing good with those things. I am really hoping to have another loss this week!

Seeing as I weigh religiously, I know I'm already down 1.5lbs. Hopefully that sticks or goes down even more over the weekend! Darn weekends always screw me up. And Sunday night is my mom's bday and we are going to the melting pot! YUMMMMMM

I weigh every day as well and I'm down almost 2 lbs Now knowing that my period is coming sunday or monday I'm expecting to hold steady or go up a tiny bit.

Staying on plan. More cravings than normal (and more grouchy/sleeping/achy than normal too) but not faltering on my course
