Wink Goal Weight

I am curious what eveyone's goal weights are along with how tall you are. My goal right now is 135, and I'm 5'6. After talking with a few friends I am thinking maybe 145 is more realistic. Do you think age plays a role, I'll be 35 in December.

SO what's your goal weight and how tall are you?

I am 5'8" tall and right now my goal weight is 157.

HOWEVER, I have NEVER been "Thin" and seem to have a big bone structure, so as I get closer I may adjust that. My doc is more than willing to write me a note.

Sandi - age definately plays a role, which is why if you look at the weight chart in the WW materials you will see that your "top weight" goes up based on your age!

Good topic Sandi..

I think that not only does height play a role in you're weight, but so does body type and build.

I am 5'7 though people think I am really tall since I am having a love affair with big chunky shoes.

I am meduim build, with an hour glass figure.

I am shooting for 165. I am sure I will adjust as we all do. Just gives me a rough idea of where I want to be.

I think you should shoot for 145 and take it from there.

I'm 6', large frame, hourglass, with muscle, and I'm shooting for around 175 or so, hubby thinks I should go more for 200, because I tend to put on LOTS of muscle

Thumbs down goal weight

I am 5'8 (always assumed I was 5'9 but I'm not, so darn... more weight for me to lose!! )
I am large framed, I remember weighing 175 and wearing size 14 "chic" brand jeans. WW says I shouldn't weigh more than 158 which I assume would put me at a size 12. To me that would be a dream!! So officially my goal is 158 but anything reasonably close to that would be wonderful if I just would maintain it!!

I'm 5'6" and my goal weight is 180. I may adjust as I get closer but I wanted to start out with something that I'm sure I can achieve.

I am shooting for a goal weight of 150lbs. I am 5'9" tall, with a med to large build and an hour glass figure.

In high school I was 150lbs (and thought i was fat) by what I would give to be that weight again, and will someday.

My lowest weight ay my height was 135lbs. But the doc. didn't like that much, he said it was way underweight.

We'll see what happens and I'll be happy just to loose anything.

So today, I officially changed my goal to 145 lbs. That means I only have a total of 166 lbs to lose!! Yahhh!! And that also means I am 25% to my goal!!

okay I feel pretty short here ladies. Where are all the other shorties? I know you're out there!

I am 5'3" and my goal is 125 lbs. Currently I am at 221 lbs so that gives me 96 lbs to lose. maybe I should start a 96 lbs Club

Age is a factor but I don't think there is any reason you can meet your goal. Age becomes a factor only if you let it. There are plenty of active, healthy and slender 80 and 90 year olds so I don't think at 35 you should be ready to throw the towel in at a higher weight.

Frame size and height are also factors but don't make the mistake of thinking you have a large frame. That is what I thought too but under all this flab I do have a small frame. It is just waiting to come out!

I'm 5'8" tall and I'm making my 1st goal 199, because I never remember being under 200 lbs. That seems very achievable, so, then I'll make another when I get there.

Who knows, maybe I'll be so happy and healthy, that I'll be a 200 pound hottie! I'm also hourglass figured. My measurements were always proportionate, but just gigantic!

I'm 5'8 and my goal is around 150lbs.

You know, I remember when I was in 6th grade and I hit 100lbs - I thought my life was over!!

I'd love to be around 150lbs (I think anyway!) but maybe I'll adjust as I get closer, maybe more maybe less.

And Sandi ... I just realized we're in the same state - I'm in the northern half, how 'bout you?

My goal is 125 and I am 5'5. Most of my sisters are thin all except 1 and I want to be also. My mom is so thin and she use to be almost 400 lbs! She lost it all within a year. I think she is 5'4 and 105-110!

I'm 5'9" and would love to be at 150 again but I'd settle for 165 (which is what I weighed when I got married almost 13 years ago).

As a side question, is it true that clothing sizes have been changed to make women think they're smaller than they are? Meaning what is now a size 10 was probably a size 12 a decade ago?

I am 5'9" and I'm shooting for 170 right now. I vaguely remember being that weight before (many moons ago) and I was ok there.

HERE I AM!!!! 5'2"

I am actually may be a bit smaller but that was what i was 20 years ago. I do not want to think i am shorter as i will have to drop my goal weight. I am seeing the charts stay up tp 135 for me BUT i am very muscular so i am shooting for a goal of 145-150. I am within a stones throw (with a good arm)
