I maintained again this week. I'm shaking it up with a little extra exercise to see if it helps.

Unhappy Need to be back here.

Well, it's been a long time since I popped in & sad to say I went from 241 to 270.
I found out last year that I needed a surgery & I let it scare me and gained. The doc wants me to lose all my weight before he does the surgery as it is an upper abdominal one. It seemed like an impossible hurdle.
Now I need a double knee replacement surgery. I have it set for Dec. 10.
Thought I better get back & get busy.
I'll need a big dose of that will power dust.
Biggest problem is can't do as much exercise with the knee pain. Will have to work smarter & stay out of the kitchen.

Happy to be back!
